The device is designed for the wheel hub finishing

Which Can complete the rough polishing, the fine polishing, bright polishing with different grinding ways.
It can replaces 70-80 % of manual grinding ( surface irregularities still need large artificial repair ).

Principle

After The hub is fixed on the spindle then fill it with abrasive and polishing agent.
Two vibrators installed with a certain Angle will drive the machine with abrasive and polishing agent to do the three-dimensional reciprocating motion, the abrasive will cause the collision with the hub, extrusion, scribing and other effects, the abrasive will always in the free state to achieve the effect of the polishing of the hub. at the same time the polishing agent will ensure the bright appearance of the hub.

 Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
